We are proud to host the UNEEKIBIZA.COM LAUNCH NIGHT on Monday 8th September in the Itaca Roof Terrace, San Antonio, Ibiza
The uneekibiza.com launch night in association with Grooveland Records takes place on Monday 8th September 2014 on the beautiful surroundings of Itaca’s Roof Terrace on San Antonio’s beachfront from 8pm – 3am. If you’re in Ibiza come and join us and help us celebrate the launch of a new Ibiza clubbing, media & lifestyle website! Entry is free all night. DJs on the night providing your aural entertainment include: Audioplayerz (Grooveland Records), Boy Griff, Dani Zaro (Grooveland Records / Bora Bora), DJ Darz (Uneek Ibiza) and Trevor O’Neil (Lucky Life Music).
Here’s the lowdown on each of the DJs that will be playing on the night!

will be represented by Emil, the man behind Cardiff-based label Grooveland Records. Audioplayerz are an international house music duo bringing a fresh flavour to the scene. Currently Audioplayerz work on varied projects, often stepping out of boundaries of underground house music. Collaboration with artists include supporting Labrinth and Simon Cowell’s label Syco on their UK tour, Touring with Lady Sovereign from DefJam Records, Working with Universal Records and BBC Radio Wales. As music producers, Audioplayerz are most known for their funky house track ‘Crazy’, which has been played and supported by DJs from such radio stations and labels as BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM, Hed Kandi, Ministry of Sound and many others. Audioplayerz are currently working on 2 new vocal house singles with a Ibiza-based DJ & producer Dani Zaro. During their DJ career, Audioplayerz have performed in such countries as Spain (Mallorca, Ibiza and Tenerife), Germany, Netherlands, Poland and the UK.
BoyGriff loves to mix up all aspects of House & Dance music, mainly playing Progressive, Electro House, Dirty House, Club House & Mash-up, so you can always expect a few filthy tracks here mixed with some big main room floor fillers along with Griffs energetic attitude your guaranteed a atmosphere every time. Griff has played all over the UK in the likes of Swansea, London, Glasgow, Nottingham representing some of the biggest promotions. He has played alongside the likes of Pendulum, Judge Jules, Marco V, X-Press 2 and Michael Woods to name but a few whilst regularly providing guest mixes for numerous Podcasts, FM & Online Radio Shows. He has recently signed to Grooveland Records, having his own bootleg tracks & mashups featured on promo albums and supported by various artists worldwide such as Jack eye Jones and other Ibiza residents, BoyGriff is an up and coming artist to watch out for!
Dani Zaro is an international composer, producer and DJ from Ibiza with over 20 years of experience producing almost any sub genre of dance music, whether it’s big room, EDM, deep house or Balearic vibes. His tracks have been licensed to major labels in number of countries around the world including Spain, Germany, France, United Kingdom, and Japan, to name just a few and gave Dani opportunity to work with international brands of Formula 1, Big Brother and Telecinco. His energetic DJ sets are filled with the best of dance music and are always tailored to make sure that the dancefloor is full whenever and wherever he plays. As a DJ, Dani has played in the likes of Japan, Uruguay, Bahrain and Marrakesh alongside Steve Aoki, Steve Angello and Laidback Luke, amongst others. During his residency at Gecko Beach Club in Punta del Este (Uruguay) he played at world renowned events Circoloco and Hedkandi. Dani’s current projects include a weekly residency at the legendary Bora Bora Beach Club in Ibiza and Privilege Ibiza – the World’s biggest club.
DJ Darz is Uneek Ibiza’s very own editor Andrew Darwin. Darz has played some of the biggest and best clubs the UK and Ibiza have to offer, performing at some of London’s finest clubs including the Ministry of Sound, Egg and Brixton Academy to name but a few. He has rocked one of Ibiza’s most atmospheric nights in Judgement Ibiza, whilst has also played around the island at the likes of Kanya, Itaca, Plastik, Orange Corner and Savannah. Darz’s style is described best as simply a blend of house/progressive/techno. He has the support of DJ Mag, after he won DJ Mag’s Pick ‘N’ Mix competition for one of his Large And In Charge mixes, as they quoted, “This excellent mix (‘Large And In Charge 005’) demonstrates DJ Darz’s decks-terity and versatility. A Liverpudlian who’s already making a name for himself on the international circuit, on this mix he blends a deep selection that takes in James Zabiela, Pick ‘N’ Mix winner Warbgasm, and even a smidgeon of tech-trance towards the end, all with characteristic panache.” On a production tip, Darz’s tracks have been signed to various labels, with ‘Tokyokko’, his latest melodic progressive offering released in 2014.
Trev O’Neil, an Ibiza resident since 2009, is a member of the Ibiza brand Lucky Life, an umbrella brand of people working in the electronic music, nightlife & travel industries. In Ibiza they offer video production & promotion, photography, radio shows, a record label, in house artist management, run events & parties and travel & lifestyle services. This summer has been a big summer for Lucky Life and Trev, DJing at Space for the We Love and Carl Cox’s parties, as well as regular guest appearances around the island. On a producing tip, Trev’s had releases on Seamless Recordings as well as an EP out on Danish label What Happens, who also booked him to play at Culture Box, Copenhagen. This past year has seen him release on What Happens, Soul Shift Music and Manchester Underground Music plus lots more! Look out for big things in the future from the Trevster!
