Jacob Plant ft. JLD – Basslines In
Our very own grime vocalist JLD has been featured on Jacob Plant’s new single ‘Basslines In’, which is out today on CR2 Records!
With support from Annie Nightingale and Nick Grimshaw on BBC Radio 1, and a great reaction in the clubs to the remixes, the track is set to smash dancefloors worldwide. ‘Basslines In’ is raw electro-pop, and comes with club remixes from Mensah and Tommy Trash.
JLD has been Grooveland’s client for more than six years now and has already built a good reputation as a live MC, supporting Lady Sovereign on her UK tour as well as appearing on Basement Jaxx’ latest album.
It’s been only a week since we sent out our funky house remix of the Swedish House Mafia’s 2009 summer anthem ‘Leave The World Behind’ and it has already received massive feedback and support from some of the biggest players!
Last weekend the remix secured airplays on some of the biggest radio stations in the UK including Kiss FM (HedKandi Show), Galaxy FM, Energy FM (Isle of Man) and is now supported by many DJs from all around the world.
